Dalecki Strength Gymnastics are coming to Canberra! 

Need to improve you ring muscle ups? 
Stuck with inefficient technique, struggling to link reps and move well through workouts? 
Holding your handstand occasionally, but lacking control on your hands? 

The Dalecki Strength team have a lifetime of knowledge in gymnastics and acrobatic sport. As well as spending the past 8 years specifically training, competing and coaching CrossFit. 

Join us for three hours of specific Gymnastics drills, tips and technique to help you excel in your CrossFit training. 

This workshop is perfect for an athlete...

  • With 1-2 years of CrossFit or body weight training experience 
  • Who is familiar with the gymnastics fundamentals 
  • Is competent with ring pull ups, dips and can kick up to a free standing handstand. 
  • Wants to improve their movement, technique and efficiency with gymnastics skills. 

We will be addressing the fundamentals but will also build to more challenging progressions of ring skills and handstand variations.  

You will have your current technique assessed and critiqued + be given exact drills and a plan of action on how to improve.  
You will come away from the workshop with a tonne of new drills and with a clear understanding of how to work towards your goal. 
Each participant is guaranteed to receive hands on coaching and individual attention from our coaches.
