This workshop is perfect for an athlete...
- With 1-2 years of CrossFit or body weight training experience
- Who is familiar with the gymnastics fundamentals
- Is competent with ring pull ups, dips and can kick up to a free standing handstand.
- Wants to improve their movement, technique and efficiency with gymnastics skills.
You will have your current technique assessed and critiqued + be given exact drills and a plan of action on how to improve.
You will come away from the workshop with a tonne of new drills and with a clear understanding of how to work towards your goal.
