Teens Group Training

Teenage years are crucial for a teen’s confidence, strength, physical and mental development. Having teens participate in fitness or a sport they truly enjoy will help them gain confidence, leadership skills and develop a healthy attitude towards body image and lifestyle.

If your teens loved sport when they were younger, have tried the gym but just don’t enjoy it, bring them in for a trial class with us.


Classes run alongside the school term. Thursday 4:45pm

Term 2- April 29th to July 5th (it’s not too late to start)

Term 3- July 22nd to September 27th
